Retainers
Catching the attention of your clients is a big deal! With a retainer program, I can become your on-demand creative team, giving you the opportunity to utilise my services over time and on your own schedule.
What are the benefits?

How does it work?
With a design retainer you signup for a minium 3 month contract. The full retainer amount is due at the time of the contract signing. As services are used, time is deducted from the pre-paid retainer. All work performed is logged on an electronic timesheet and itemised after each task is completed to show usage – you can view this information at anytime by logging into you client area and a monthly report will also be provided.
Unused hours
I do my best to make sure you stay up-to-date on the status of your retainer hours, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to make sure they’re used within the monthly time frame. Unused hours (rounded to the nearest half an hour) at the end of the monthly contract are rolled over to the next month. However, if you have a 10 hour retainer, but you need 15 hours worth of work in a given month, you are billed the additional 5 hours at the same rate as the retainer; not the normal bill rate.
